What Is Detox Water?

Detox water is any infused water recipe that helps flush your system of toxins and improves your health. Some detox water recipes have beneficial ingredients which help your body in some ways but the main beneficial ingredient is water.

1.Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox

This recipe is one of my favorites mix because I love strawberries!
The watermelon tastes delicious and it has great health benefits and also contains citrulline, an amino acid that may increase nitric oxide levels in the body. Nitric oxide helps your blood vessels expand, which lowers blood pressure.

Strawberries are no exception to this rule; in addition to antioxidants and polyphenols, they have many other nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that contribute to the overall health benefits of these berries. These nutrients include vitamin C, folate, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber, and magnesium.

–  Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water Ingredients:

– 4 cups watermelon in / 2-inch cubes, lightly mashed
– 1/2 pint strawberries, sliced in half
– 6 sprigs mint (lightly crushed)

2.Raspberry Orange Detox

Oranges are not only delicious, they provide a tremendous boost of vitamin C, which is an important antioxidant that helps fight inflammation, premature aging, and even helps fight the common cold.

Red Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C, quercetin and gallic acid that fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease and age-related decline. They are high inellagic acid, a known chemopreventative, and have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Raspberry Orange Detox Water Ingredients:

– 1 thinly sliced orange
– 1-pint raspberries (lightly crushed)

3.Lemon Berry Detox Water

This is a top-notch detox water that joins a couple of exceptionally delightful fixings – lemons, blueberries, and raspberries. These organic products add a tasty flavor segment to the water, giving a lot of vitamin C.
